However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bob Thompson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Meeting Man, which sold at auction in May this year for USD 327,600.00 (€ 307,490.14).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 76.896,04) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 46%. Für andere Arbeiten von Bob Thompson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Meeting Man beobachtet, die im Mai diesen Jahres für USD 327.600,00 (€ 307.490,14) versteigert wurde.
