The result of GBP 60,000.00 (€ 82,953.17) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Bill Viola have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Eternal Return in October 2006 with an auction result of GBP 377,600.00 (€ 564,168.04).
