Gilbert Collection of Important Prints by James Gillray (1756-1815)(Lots 251-363) auction, the work Mountainous IV sold for GBP 1,657.50 (€ 1,851.58) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anni Albers achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Second Movement I-VI in April this year with an auction result of USD 44,100.00 (€ 39,945.65).

Gilbert Collection of Important Prints by James Gillray (1756-1815)(Lots 251-363) wurde die Arbeit Mountainous IV für GBP 1.657,50 (€ 1.851,58) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 700,00.
