Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Mike by Amy Adler for USD 125.00 (€ 101.06). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art Part II at Phillips in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Amy Adler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mike in May 2003 with an auction result of USD 26,290.00 (€ 22,344.04).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Mike von Amy Adler für USD 125,00 (€ 101,06) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art Part II bei Phillips in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Amy Adler erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mike im Mai 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 26.290,00 (€ 22.344,04).
