This work without title by Alfred Leslie was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2015. The result of USD 45,000.00 (€ 40,315.36) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 45,000.00 – 65,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alfred Leslie have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Diana in April last year with an auction result of EUR 264,600.00.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Alfred Leslie kam im September 2015 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 45.000,00 (€ 40.315,36) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 45.000,00 – 65.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alfred Leslie auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Diana im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 264.600,00.
