Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Proposal 7 by Alex Olson was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Phillips in London in February 2015. It changed hands for a price of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 18,959.21) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Alex Olson have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2014 the work Circulate was auctioned for GBP 17,500.00 (€ 22,344.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Proposal 7 von Alex Olson wurde im Februar 2015 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 18.959,21) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Alex Olson konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2014 die Arbeit Circulate für GBP 17.500,00 (€ 22.344,97) versteigert.
