It achieved a price of USD 3,024.00 (€ 2,739.13), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 51%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alberto Burri achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sacco E Rosso in February 2016 with an auction result of GBP 9,109,000.00 (€ 11,672,058.70).

Die Arbeit Aquaforte H von Alberto Burri wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion The Sale of the Century: An Important Corporate Collection of Prints and Multiples: Online bei Christies in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 3.024,00 (€ 2.739,13) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 51%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alberto Burri erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sacco E Rosso im Februar 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 9.109.000,00 (€ 11.672.058,70).
