In June 2020 VAN HAM held the auction Modern | Post War | Contemporary | Eggers Collection, which included the work "Clouds and Houses" (Häusergruppe) by Albert Bloch. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 33,540.00 68% above the estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Albert Bloch achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Duell (Duel) in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 1,095,000.00 (€ 967,058.20).

Im Juni 2020 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Modern | Post War | Contemporary | Eggers Collection durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Clouds and Houses" (Häusergruppe) von Albert Bloch zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 33.540,00 und damit 68% über dem Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Albert Bloch erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Duell (Duel) im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.095.000,00 (€ 967.058,20).
