This artwork by Albert Bloch achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in May 2021. In the Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale auction, the work Knabenbildnis (Portrait Of A Boy) sold for USD 63,000.00 (€ 51,664.75) - well above the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Albert Bloch achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Duell (Duel) in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 1,095,000.00 (€ 967,058.20).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Albert Bloch erzielte im Mai 2021 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale wurde die Arbeit Knabenbildnis (Portrait Of A Boy) für USD 63.000,00 (€ 51.664,75) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Albert Bloch erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Duell (Duel) im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.095.000,00 (€ 967.058,20).
