This artwork by Agnieszka Brzeżańska achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in July 2019. In the First Open | Online auction, the work without title sold for USD 5,625.00 (€ 5,053.91) - well above the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Agnieszka Brzeżańska; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in February 2015 with the realized price of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 6,894.26).
