It achieved a price of USD 75,000.00 (€ 58,520.60), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Other works by Zhou Zhimian have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 847,500.00 (€ 69,771.69) in May 2008 for the work Spring Swallows.
