Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Zhao Bo was sold in the Post War & Contemporary Art auction at Christies in London in December 2008. The price achieved of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 5,907.89) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhao Bo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Frozen Planet No. 2 in April this year with an auction result of HKD 108,000.00 (€ 110,289.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Zhao Bo wurde im Dezember 2008 in der Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.625,00 (€ 5.907,89) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhao Bo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Frozen Planet No. 2 im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 108.000,00 (€ 110.289,13).
