Auction result well in line with expectations
The work HOPE IN THE DISTANCE NO. 2 by Zhao Bo was auctioned at Christies in Shanghai in September 2018. The price achieved of CNY 114,000.00 (€ 14,281.88) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 90,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhao Bo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Frozen Planet No. 2 in April this year with an auction result of HKD 108,000.00 (€ 110,289.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit HOPE IN THE DISTANCE NO. 2 von Zhao Bo kam im September 2018 bei Christies in Shanghai zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 114.000,00 (€ 14.281,88) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 90.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhao Bo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Frozen Planet No. 2 im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 108.000,00 (€ 110.289,13).
