Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Twelve Untitled Works by Zhao Bo for USD 625.00 (€ 533.37). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art Asia at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhao Bo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Frozen Planet No. 2 in April this year with an auction result of HKD 108,000.00 (€ 110,289.13).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Twelve Untitled Works von Zhao Bo für USD 625,00 (€ 533,37) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art Asia bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.500,00 – 2.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhao Bo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Frozen Planet No. 2 im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 108.000,00 (€ 110.289,13).
