Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Swimming Pool by Zhang Hui was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2015. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,778.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhang Hui have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Miraculous Slop Analysis 1 in May 2014 with an auction result of HKD 525,000.00 (€ 49,651.76).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Swimming Pool von Zhang Hui kam im April 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.778,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhang Hui auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Miraculous Slop Analysis 1 im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 525.000,00 (€ 49.651,76).
