Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Return To The Beginning by Yuyu Yang was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2014. It changed hands for a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 7,721.47) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yuyu Yang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Advent of the Phoenix in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 2,047,500.00 (€ 178,988.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Return To The Beginning von Yuyu Yang kam im Oktober 2014 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 7.721,47) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yuyu Yang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Advent of the Phoenix im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.047.500,00 (€ 178.988,97).
