In October 2015 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern Asian Art, which included the work A: Message Of Life; B: Space Egg; C: Endeavor Three Works by Yuyu Yang. The result of HKD 40,000.00 (€ 4,673.07) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yuyu Yang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Advent of the Phoenix in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 2,047,500.00 (€ 178,988.97).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Oktober 2015 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern Asian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit A: Message Of Life; B: Space Egg; C: Endeavor Three Works von Yuyu Yang zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 40.000,00 (€ 4.673,07) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yuyu Yang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Advent of the Phoenix im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.047.500,00 (€ 178.988,97).
