The result of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 17,524.00) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 150,000.00 – 220,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yuyu Yang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Advent of the Phoenix in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 2,047,500.00 (€ 178,988.97).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 17.524,00) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 150.000,00 – 220.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yuyu Yang erzielen.
