Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Heaven And Earth Design by Yuyu Yang was sold in the 20th Century Chinese Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2014. The price achieved of HKD 68,750.00 (€ 7,078.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yuyu Yang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Advent of the Phoenix in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 2,047,500.00 (€ 178,988.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Heaven And Earth Design von Yuyu Yang wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 68.750,00 (€ 7.078,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yuyu Yang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Advent of the Phoenix im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.047.500,00 (€ 178.988,97).
