Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Nara Yoshitomo was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2021. The price achieved of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 27,851.80) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nara Yoshitomo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Knife Behind Back in October 2019 with an auction result of HKD 195,969,000.00 (€ 22,398,966.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Nara Yoshitomo kam im Juli 2021 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 23.750,00 (€ 27.851,80) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nara Yoshitomo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Knife Behind Back im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 195.969.000,00 (€ 22.398.966,83).
