The work Untitled (Last Right) by Nara Yoshitomo was auctioned at Sothebys in London in August 2021. It achieved a price of GBP 15,120.00 (€ 17,614.80), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nara Yoshitomo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Knife Behind Back in October 2019 with an auction result of HKD 195,969,000.00 (€ 22,398,966.83).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 26 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Last Right) von Nara Yoshitomo kam im August 2021 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 15.120,00 (€ 17.614,80) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nara Yoshitomo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Knife Behind Back im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 195.969.000,00 (€ 22.398.966,83).
