Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape in Style of Huang Gongwang by Yong Rong was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2018. The price achieved of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 16,388.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 200,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yong Rong have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Scholar’S Rock in May 2021 with an auction result of HKD 750,000.00 (€ 79,280.79).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape in Style of Huang Gongwang von Yong Rong kam im Mai 2018 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 16.388,17) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yong Rong auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Scholar’S Rock im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 750.000,00 (€ 79.280,79).
