Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work In love II by Yoan Capote was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in September 2018. Here, the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 5,250.00 (€ 4,517.29). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yoan Capote achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Isla (in memoriam) in September last year with an auction result of USD 201,600.00 (€ 206,071.76).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit In love II von Yoan Capote wurde im September 2018 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 5.250,00 (€ 4.517,29) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yoan Capote erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Isla (in memoriam) im September letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 201.600,00 (€ 206.071,76).
