The work Calligraphy In Seal Script by Wu Rangzhi was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in March 2019. It achieved a price of HKD 259,600.00 (€ 29,455.86), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 73%. Admittedly, works by Wu Rangzhi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy In Caoshu in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 1,125,000.00 (€ 130,017.02).

Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Seal Script von Wu Rangzhi kam im März 2019 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 259.600,00 (€ 29.455,86) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 73%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wu Rangzhi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calligraphy In Caoshu im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.125.000,00 (€ 130.017,02).
