It achieved a price of AUD 108,000.00 (€ 64,581.48), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Admittedly, works by William Robinson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Australian Landscape With Sunset And Self Portrait in May 2007 with an auction result of AUD 696,000.00 (€ 427,957.48).

Die Arbeit Australian Landscape With Two Creeks von William Robinson kam im August 2007 bei Sothebys in Melbourne zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von AUD 108.000,00 (€ 64.581,48) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%.
