In the First Open | Online auction, the work Untitled (Rose) sold for USD 5,250.00 (€ 4,676.23) - well above the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by William Anastasi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled III (Abandoned Painting) in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 242,500.00 (€ 186,023.32).
