Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Big Man with Cell Phone by Will Ryman was auctioned at Phillips in New York in March 2021. It changed hands for a price of USD 18,900.00 (€ 16,094.69) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Will Ryman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Bed in October 2013 with an auction result of GBP 97,875.00 (€ 115,687.47).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 18.900,00 (€ 16.094,69) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00.
