The work Death Wish III by Will Boone was sold in the New Now Day Sale auction at Phillips in New York in February 2016. The »bidding war« ended at USD 17,500.00 (€ 16,102.32), 46% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Will Boone have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work ICE in November 2019 with an auction result of USD 81,250.00 (€ 73,736.27).

Die Arbeit Death Wish III von Will Boone wurde im Februar 2016 in der Auktion New Now Day Sale bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 16.102,32) und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Will Boone auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ICE im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 81.250,00 (€ 73.736,27).
