It achieved a price of EUR 3,875.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 29 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Wilhelm Imkamp - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Komposition mit Kreis (Große Fassung)", which sold at auction in May 2019 for EUR 12,255.00.
