Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Testimony Of The Hare by Wang Xingwei was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2019. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 5,000,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 5,455,000.00 (€ 620,937.86). Other works by Wang Xingwei have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 9,400,000.00 (€ 967,757.38) in October 2014 for the work Blind.

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 5.000.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 5.455.000,00 (€ 620.937,86) einen neuen Besitzer.
