A top price for Wang Chengpei
The work Landscape After Ancient Master by Wang Chengpei was auctioned at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in April this year. It achieved a price of HKD 96,000.00 (€ 98,034.78), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. With this result, Landscape After Ancient Master is even the most expensive work of art by Wang Chengpei that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Landscape After Ancient Master von Wang Chengpei kam im April diesen Jahres bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 96.000,00 (€ 98.034,78) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Landscape After Ancient Master sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Wang Chengpei, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
