A top price for Tim Hawkinson
In November 2011 Phillips in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Part II, which included the work H.M.S.O by Tim Hawkinson. Here, the upper estimate of USD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 68,500.00 (€ 50,918.01). With this result, H.M.S.O is even the most expensive work of art by Tim Hawkinson that we have observed at auctions so far.
