The work Untitled (8-93) by Thomas Nozkowski was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in September last year. It achieved a price of USD 23,940.00 (€ 24,471.02), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 60%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Thomas Nozkowski; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Untitled (8-64) sold at auction in May this year with the realized price of USD 48,260.00 (€ 45,297.54).

Die Arbeit Untitled (8-93) von Thomas Nozkowski wurde im September letzten Jahres in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 23.940,00 (€ 24.471,02) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 60%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Thomas Nozkowski; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Untitled (8-64) im Mai diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 48.260,00 (€ 45.297,54).
