Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (4–5) by Thomas Nozkowski was auctioned at Phillips in New York in September 2021. It changed hands for a price of USD 6,930.00 (€ 5,986.01) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Thomas Nozkowski have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (8-64) in May this year with an auction result of USD 48,260.00 (€ 45,297.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (4–5) von Thomas Nozkowski kam im September 2021 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 6.930,00 (€ 5.986,01) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Thomas Nozkowski auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (8-64) im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 48.260,00 (€ 45.297,54).
