Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Swiss Made (P. 57) by Thomas Hirschhorn was sold in the Editions & Works on Paper auction at Phillips in New York in October last year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,268.00 (€ 2,283.07). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Thomas Hirschhorn achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Abstrait Relief No. 548 (Nietzche) in October 2006 with an auction result of GBP 84,000.00 (€ 125,503.48).
