Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September this year Christies in London held the auction Post-War to Present, which included the work Sphère-74 by Takesada Matsutani. Here, the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 16,380.00 (€ 15,476.19). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Takesada Matsutani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Work 65-W in June this year with an auction result of GBP 214,200.00 (€ 249,291.92).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September diesen Jahres führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War to Present durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sphère-74 von Takesada Matsutani zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 16.380,00 (€ 15.476,19) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Takesada Matsutani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Work 65-W im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 214.200,00 (€ 249.291,92).
