Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans titre by Takesada Matsutani was sold in the Post War & Contemporary Art auction at Bonhams in Paris in December this year. The price achieved of EUR 10,240.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Takesada Matsutani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Work 65-W in June this year with an auction result of GBP 214,200.00 (€ 249,291.92).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans titre von Takesada Matsutani wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art bei Bonhams in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 10.240,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Takesada Matsutani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Work 65-W im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 214.200,00 (€ 249.291,92).
