Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Tadaaki Kuwayama was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in London in June 2007. The price achieved of GBP 2,400.00 (€ 3,561.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tadaaki Kuwayama achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Tk5769-‘66) in May 2021 with an auction result of USD 107,100.00 (€ 87,830.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Tadaaki Kuwayama wurde im Juni 2007 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.400,00 (€ 3.561,48) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tadaaki Kuwayama erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Tk5769-‘66) im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 107.100,00 (€ 87.830,08).
