Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Mencari Kutu (Picking For Lice) by Sudjana Kerton was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 680,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 687,500.00 (€ 77,457.17). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sudjana Kerton achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Village Life in April 2014 with an auction result of HKD 13,240,000.00 (€ 1,231,405.91).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Mencari Kutu (Picking For Lice) von Sudjana Kerton kam im April 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 680.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 687.500,00 (€ 77.457,17) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sudjana Kerton erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Village Life im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 13.240.000,00 (€ 1.231.405,91).
