Auction result misses estimated price range

In the European Art auction, the work British a Page Buckling On A Knight'S Armour changed hands for USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,237.45) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Solomon Joseph Solomon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Eve in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 975,000.00 (€ 819,465.46).
