Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Seen was auctioned at Phillips in London in April 2019. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,750.00 (€ 2,035.76) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Seen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Superman Who, 2009 in February 2012 with an auction result of EUR 95,957.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Seen kam im April 2019 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.750,00 (€ 2.035,76) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Seen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Superman Who, 2009 im Februar 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 95.957,00.
