Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Secundino Hernández was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2019. It changed hands for a price of GBP 56,250.00 (€ 65,245.97) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Secundino Hernández - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in February 2020 for GBP 125,000.00 (€ 144,875.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Secundino Hernández kam im Oktober 2019 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 56.250,00 (€ 65.245,97) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Secundino Hernández mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Februar 2020 für GBP 125.000,00 (€ 144.875,28) versteigert wurde.
