Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Futurescape by Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in London in July 2020. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 17,500.00 (€ 19,519.92), 17% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Age of Energy in March this year with an auction result of GBP 101,600.00 (€ 115,589.62).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Futurescape von Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar wurde im Juli 2020 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 17.500,00 (€ 19.519,92) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Age of Energy im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 101.600,00 (€ 115.589,62).
