Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2018 Christies in Dubai held the auction Dubai: Post War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Oneness Wholeness, Tree of Life by Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar. The price achieved of USD 15,000.00 (€ 12,175.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Age of Energy in March this year with an auction result of GBP 101,600.00 (€ 115,589.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2018 führte Christies in Dubai die Auktion Dubai: Post War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Oneness Wholeness, Tree of Life von Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 12.175,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Age of Energy im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 101.600,00 (€ 115.589,62).
