Auction result well in line with expectations
In July this year Christies in Paris held the auction First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online, which included this untitled work by Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar. It changed hands for a price of GBP 9,450.00 (€ 11,025.29) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Age of Energy in March this year with an auction result of GBP 101,600.00 (€ 115,589.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli diesen Jahres führte Christies in Paris die Auktion First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 9.450,00 (€ 11.025,29) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 7.000,00 – 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Age of Energy im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 101.600,00 (€ 115.589,62).
