Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Eternal Garden by Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in London in December 2020. The price achieved of GBP 16,380.00 (€ 18,297.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Age of Energy in March this year with an auction result of GBP 101,600.00 (€ 115,589.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Eternal Garden von Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar wurde im Dezember 2020 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 16.380,00 (€ 18.297,92) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Age of Energy im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 101.600,00 (€ 115.589,62).
