Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2012 Phillips in New York held the auction Under the Influence, which included the work The Field Glass by Sara Vanderbeek. The price achieved of USD 5,625.00 (€ 4,218.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Sara Vanderbeek have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2017 the work Athena was auctioned for USD 4,750.00 (€ 4,440.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2012 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Under the Influence durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Field Glass von Sara Vanderbeek zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.625,00 (€ 4.218,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Sara Vanderbeek konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2017 die Arbeit Athena für USD 4.750,00 (€ 4.440,08) versteigert.
