Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Please Be Patient - Jonathan Watkins Sitting In The Deutsche Bank Vip Lounge At Frieze Art Fair London, 2007, Talking Candidly About His Disdain For The British Weather by Ryan Gander for GBP 6,000.00 (€ 8,505.98). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art Day Auction at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 7,000.00 – 9,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ryan Gander - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work I Is... (I), which sold at auction in September 2017 for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,199.10).

Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 7.000,00 – 9.000,00.
