The work Vase by Rupert Spira was auctioned at Sothebys in London in September 2018. It achieved a price of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,684.69), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rupert Spira - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Large Open Bowl, which sold at auction in October last year for GBP 3,528.00 (€ 4,110.08).

Die Arbeit Vase von Rupert Spira kam im September 2018 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.684,69) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Für andere Arbeiten von Rupert Spira mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Large Open Bowl beobachtet, die im Oktober letzten Jahres für GBP 3.528,00 (€ 4.110,08) versteigert wurde.
