Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Soffio by Roberta Silva was auctioned at Sothebys in London in February 2011. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,570.57). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Roberta Silva - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Basta Un Soffio, which sold at auction in May 2015 for USD 27,500.00 (€ 25,013.64).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Soffio von Roberta Silva kam im Februar 2011 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 9.570,57) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Roberta Silva mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Basta Un Soffio beobachtet, die im Mai 2015 für USD 27.500,00 (€ 25.013,64) versteigert wurde.
